#219 ls -LR / using telnet, ftp, rsh pauses

telnet, ftp, rsh over SDP pauses with ls -LR when
running from root directory /. Seems like an xoff xon
issue since any key will cause output to continue. Only
happens from / directory after about 10-20 pages of
output. All other commands seem to work fine.
