#24 Bi-weekly repeat does allow me to set on Oct 12

Datenator ver: 0.2.4

When I create an event on Oct 12, :
Repeat type: weekly,
Repeat close date: no used
Weekdays: Wednesday
Repeat Freq: 2

The event will be started from Oct 19 instead of Oct
12. When I tried to change the date from Oct 12 to Oct
5, the start date will be Oct 5. It does not allow me
to set on Oct 12.
