I see only RaghuMalayalam font got used in packages. Older site link
for it 
http://www.cdacmumbai.in/projects/indix/RaghuFonts/ - is not
available.
If someone has copy of whole set might be good to put it in
svn/github. Would care for them since they still are 'foss' fonts.

Even Jana series fonts seem unavailable or unable to get the links on
ildc/tdil site ( there seem 3 sites!)
