this "freedom to modify" is a tricky combination of words... in other
words it means i would let you be the king in my place, legally
speaking :-)  it is just as dangerous as POA (power of attorney) not
plan of action!

in current scenario i think unless issued by the release by original
holders that is a unwarranted freedom, and anyone can and may
disagree... with this...
