#3 LDAP integration

it should be easy to retrieve and store personel
information in an LDAP directory, given a pre-defined
schema (or schema mapping.)

- at the very least, "personel details" like name, email,
phone, location, etc. should be available via ldap (at
least read only)
- in addition, write capability and project roles, skills and
skill levels, feature team assignments, etc should be
able to be stored/retrieved to/from LDAP, if desired.
because this information is FDD-specific, this later
functionality is probably not as high priority.
