#55 Create a dummy driver with all kinds of properties

To develop clients it would be useful to have a "dummy driver" which creates properties of all types (text, light, numerical [different formats], blob, switch [different rules]) which change their values, are read only / RW, Write only, and so on.

This dummy driver can then be used by client programmers to test all kinds of properties and values.
