#8 GPF on RClicking a task etc. in Popup

1) If I right click on a task and also on a !PopupRun
menu position I end up with a three finger salute

2) Taking of !PopupRun ... if I have the names right
justified, the edit box shows up on the right anyway -
over the right-justified title (and a funny dimed part
appears on the left - I believe intended as a background
for the menu position title)
