This version fixes a variety of problems with emitting basic types like char, int, boolean, and byte, and it makes the emitted code completely Unicode. By 0.3.6, we will have a reasonably stable code emitting ifrastructure; a variety of minor releases like this one are in the works.

This compiler is virtually complete. All type checking is complete (with the exception of generic types, which will not be available until 0.4), and all code can be emitted except for exceptions. There is still some work left to be done on enumerated types that should be easy, and the exception work will occupy most of the rest of the 0.3.* releases. We are working quickly, so check back often.
