#1 how to compile the source

[Laser AOC]

How can I compile the source code in VC and Delphi.
Please help me here. I am asking this as I have found
out that there r bugs in the files compiled in latest
versions of Borland C++ compilers after version 4.

DLLs compiled using the latest version of C++
compilers from Borland the DLL does not work properly
at all esp. Hooks implemented in them.
