#90 Toupcam Camera Driver Docu not up to date

The documentation of the INDI Toupcam Camera Driver is not up to date, there are missing some options that are available but not in the documentation, e.g.:

Options Tab:

• Main Control Tab is missing completely
• Options tab:
  • Fast Exposure
  • Fast Count
  • Timeout Factor
• Image Settings tab:
  • Encode
  • Compression
  • Binning mode
  • Format
• Image Info tab:
  • ADC
• Streaming tab is missing completely
• Controls tab:
  • FPS Limit
  • Format
  • Low noise mode
  • Heat

It would be helpful to link to some additional information sources especially for all the parameters in the controls tab.
