#63 Bug with liveview on D90

for the nikon D90 (and probably the others too) the liveview mode is not compatible with bulb mode. Indeed to get the liveview working you should first set exposure to, say 30secs, then fire the liveview (an then get back to bulb mode if needed, once liveview is stopped) (this i working with cli command line of gphoto)
My understanding of the current code (gphot driver, around line 1094) is that you fire the liveview mode independantly of the exposure mode setting.
Is it possible to add a line setting the exposuremode (it should be shutterspeed2 parameter to get it working on the D90, shutterspeed d not authorize to get back to bulb...huh, at leat using gphoto2 cli) to, for example 30sec (or anything which is not bulb) and then back to bulb (65535) once liveview is stopped (or when the capture plans is started) ?
