#59 Wrong licenses in libqhy

Hi,

in 3rdparty/libqhy there are two license files: COPYING.LIB (LGPL) and LICENSE (GPLv3). But in source files and COPYRIGHT.txt I see that the library is GPLv2+. So please add a copy of GPLv2 and remove the other ones.

Another hint: copyright headers of many source files contain the wrong FSF address, output of Fedoras licensecheck tool in attachment.
