- option to not show a messagebox with process errors
- removed "open with xdg-open on linux" option
- use LaunchDefault() instead wxLaunchDefaultBrowser()
- tmp dir as sub dir of indevIDE (not in blitzmax dir anymore)
-> no "check blitzmax dir" on startup
- added ToUTF8String and FromUTF8String to blitzmax min keywords
- hard coded welcome text for localization
- lua console with pub.lua
