Commit [r50] Maximize Restore History

- fix: simple border for auipinbar buttons as these are the only one working with correct size on linux

- fix: drag and drop files in project details dialog on linux
- moved right click context menu for refresh of dir ctrl (project, project mapping,etc.) to base type 'myDirCtrl'
- added tooltips for project details dialog
- added "add files" button for project details dialog
