Commit [r28] Maximize Restore History

- bugfixes on linux (open with system default / wxFilePickerCtrl and wxDirPickerCtrl)

- build explorer: vertical alignment and checkbox for "I am my own main file"
- rename "explorer" to "view"
- option to have console output in an aui pane instead of a notebook page
