Commit [r23] Maximize Restore History

- rename "split editor" to "dual pane editing" and make it a checkbox (saves a menu slot)

- removed dummy from debug explorer (no "Loading ...")
- autocapitilize on adding non word char
- add ".bmx" extension if none in SaveFileAs()
- font
- font chooser dialog for general font
- changed default font to arial
- first try to prevent autocomp on declaring names
