- separated help browser to choose between wxWebView and wxHtmWindow
- added extern help browser command in program options to be executed instead of opening the page

- fix: extra if-statement which got necessary since the module keywords are in an extra project

- remove text between brackets on extracting locals,consts,globals,fields (-> eg. parameters of function pointers are not extracted anymore)
- mod keywords in own 'project' so keywords defined in files without project don't overwrite module keywords

- added StipExt() in create build commands so compiled files have no nasty .bmx extension
