Commit [r14] Maximize Restore History

- file cursor history

- host interface
-> moved dialogs to dialogs/dialogs.bmx
-> moved TProcessOutput and TDebugTree to build/build.bmx
- debugtree is working
- save layouts to separate file
- jump over block comments in "autocapitilize file"
- autocomplete pair only if closing character is missing
