Commit [r102] Maximize Restore History

- option for fold line colors

- rearranged style options -> save/load,fonts (editor,output), colors (editor,margin,folding,output,brackets), font styles
- updated style files
- alignment of "BlitzMax Dir" and "New File template"
- option to use [+] and [-] instead arrows for foldpoints
- action "open in browser" in contextmenu of explorers
