[Incrtcl-users] old tcltk.com/itcl/ pages rescucitated

I have brought the old http://www.tcltk.com/itcl/ pages back to life
at http://www.tcl.tk/itcl/, which actually redirects to the sourceforge
incrtcl site.  Links that pointed to tcltk.com should be automatically
redirect now to http://incrtcl.sourceforge.net/itcl/  /itk, /iwidgets
and even /blt are also there.

This is a temporary solution until we can figure out how to make this
work better, but it at least puts up all the tutorial docs that were
online before.
