#13 buttonbox enhancement

I would like a buttonbox option where we can specify
how the user wants the buttons within the buttonbox
aligned. By aligned I mean, left, right, center, top,
bottom or distributed. By default the buttons are
distributed evenly in the buttonbox. Sometimes, due to
the nature of my dialog box, I might expand the
buttonbox either either horizontally or vertically, but
I want the buttons placed within a certain region of
the button box for look and feel purposes.
