Hi,
I don't know where is the correct place to leave a bug report for itk4. I already tried on core.tcl.tk and github without any response. Maybe this is the good place.

Please look at http://core.tcl.tk/itk/info/a6b610f7b77f6c8856cb5c931f4b63f3ac64cc8e : this is a blocking bug when working with tcl/tk 8.6 and itcl/itk 4.

If it's not the good place for this report, forgive me for the noise.
