Want to do a denial of service attack against a naive web server/service allowing InChI input? InChI=1/65536C65536/ . This would require 4GB of memory were it to finish.

For this sort of environment there should be some way to limit the maximum number of atoms that the code will support.

As a workaround, less naive services should use rlimit.
