There's also an error, not sure if present on the current 1.3 release candidate, in the admin area:

"These assets have been removed and are more than 3 months old

* Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/dev/InStep/system/model/Asset.class.php on line 700 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/dev/InStep/admin/sections/bo-asset.php on line 147"
