#3 Namespace prefix wrong when ontology loaded from plug-ins

If an ontology is loaded from a plug-in, its namespace
prefix (concept space) remains p<n> as in default
protege. If imported from web, it only remains there in
the importing session, and shows up correctly
afterwards when the ontology is read from the repository
