I reread the documentation and figured out what was wrong with commit 
notifications. I forgot to modify the checkoutlist file inside CVSROOT 
to make sure the syncmail script is checked out properly.

It looks like someone upgraded the scripting support because now 
syncmail is working when there are spaces in the name.

I checked in some more warning fixes for MSN and Yahoo. Yahoo is down 
to 4 warnings which are all in glib. I recommend that we fix those by 
removing the glib dependency like we have done in Fire. libyahoo2 0.6 
and later can work in the absence of glib.
