#15 Add / bass without chord feature
Extend the leadsheet notation to allow chords of the form "/B" where B is a bass note. Currently it allows chords of the form "C/B". The new form would mean strike a new bass note while sustaining the rest of the chord. Just what this means for a given style would need to be worked out, because chords are sometimes re-struck in a given style.
