#1 Many Error Messages?

When I did the configure, there was a complaint
about the absence of the library iksemel, even
though I have it installed. Though, there is no
"iksemel.pc" file on the system.

When trying to playback one large, complicated
presentation, originally converted from PPT to Sxi
using OOO Impress, I got a large number of
messages on STDERR. See the transcript below.
