PureBasic OpenAL SDK v1.1.1 released

What's new in v1.1.1:

• Support the latest PureBasic versions. Tested up to v6.20 LTS.
• Added effect extension API.
• Successfully tested for compatibility with OpenAL Soft.
• Updated the pbimplib macro to produce more compact cdecl2stdcall conversion code.
