#2 Windows client minimize to tray

If the client could be minimized to a tray icon instead of
the current Dos box on the menu bar it would be most
helpful.

A right click on the icon could perhaps bring up a menu
with options leading to the current project's stats page,
the IMP home page, an exit option, and perhaps for the
future a configuration option (although this may not be
needed).
