Hot Keys beyond what's on the Wiki atm, sorry if this is all mapped/planned out already, but during play i had some ideas:

Global Hot Keys... (* = possible Changes/Adds/Deletes/etc. Shifted Hot Keys are in all UPPERCASE, for example TAB is Shift+Tab, or ENTER is Shift+Enter or N is Shift+n.)

^ => Up, moves 'up' in hierarchy one screen. *
BkSp => Back, moves 'back' in history one screen. *
BKSP => Forward, moves 'forward' in history one screen. *
< / > or ,/. or TAB/tab => Shift, moves Left/Right one screen. *
Esc => Out, from Quadrant Display (Astrography) moves 'out' to game exit pop-up; from any other screen, moves 'up' in hierarchy one screen. Pressing Esc also releases the old History list and restarts it from the location where Esc was first pressed; for example, if Esc was pressed from Intel Screen Two that location would become the beginning of the new History list and the Quadrant Display (Astrography) would become the second in the History list, whereas if the player pressed '^' rather than Esc then the old History list would have continued to be added to and not released.

a => Astrography... *
     C => Colony Mode.
     I => System Information Display (SID) Active/Inactive (toggles).
     M => Mission Mode.
     N => No Modes.
     S => ? [those lines going between systems are SB or ... ?].
     T => Trade Mode.
     PgUp/PgDn => Zoom Map In/Out. *

s => Science Ministry (not yet implemented). *

f => Finance Ministry (not yet implemented). *

w => War Ministry (not yet implemented). *

i => Intel Ministry... *
     Screen One...
          a => Sort by Adl. Sort by Agr. Sort by Adm. *
          b => Sort by Bio.
          c => Sort by Cash Flow.
          l => Sort by Lux. *
          m => Sort by Man. *
          p => Sort by Planet. Sort by Population. Sort by Posup. *
          s => Sort by Strat. Sort by Sci. Sort by Serv. *
          t => Sort by Treasury. *
          u => Sort by Unrest. Sort by Unemp. *
     Screen Two...
          a => Sort by Alerts Unrest. Sort by Alerts Food. Sort by Alerts Materials. *
          i => Sort by Intel Network Expanding?. Sort by Informers Active/Total. *
          o => Sort by Orbitals SB. Sort by Orbitals EXS. Sort by Orbitals LGS. *
          p => Sort by Planet. Sort by Production Prim Des. Sort by Production Food/Trend. Sort by Production Material/Trend. *
          s => Sort by System. Sort by Sector. *
          v => Sort by Viceroy. *

d => Diplo Ministry (not yet implemented). *

e => Emperor Data... *

E or ENTER => Execute Monthly Plan. *

For example, if the player pressed "i" the player would go to Intel Ministry (the last screen s/he was at or Screen One by default for the first time), then they pressed ">" to let's say move from Screen One to Screen Two, then they pressed "p" thrice and the data was sorted three times - once was Planet Sort, twice was Production Prim Des Sort, and thrice was Production Food/Trend Sort.

In this was you can build the Data as you like and always be able to have enough Hot Keys to perform the Sorts, imho. Of course, with a mouse they'd just click on the column headers, but laptops have various impediments and mice are not available to all (like the physically challenged) and some people just prefer keyboarding.

It would also be nice if there was during column sorts some sort of background opacity happening on the column that got sorted for two reasons, one so it lets the player know what column just got sorted, and two so the column is easier to read than against whatever background image is normally present since the player's intent focus will be on reading that column most likely.
