#2 Multi-user

Allow a single installation if iMobileCash to allow
multiple users. Each user should be able to have their
own set of accounts and transactions which can't be
viewed by other users.

This requires a User table/columns to be added to the
database, and per user authentication (the current HTTP
authentication may not work for this).
