This release includes a great number of bug fixes as well as many changes.
There had not been any releases for a while.
ImLib3D supports both g++-3.2 and g++-2.96.
No RPMs are available with this release, we are working on new RPMs for g++-3 based systems.

ImLib3D is a C++ library and visualisation system for 3D image processing. It contains most basic image processing algorithms, and some more sophisticated ones. ImLib3D images are STL-compliant templated containers.

There are a lot of changes and bug fixes in this release. Several new features were added. Many things were reorganized including the directory structure. Several classes and functions were renamed.

A general discussion mailing list is now available.
You can ask questions, report bugs, or make suggestions
here.

We are planning to swithc to strict GPL
for future releases of ImLib3D. If this is a
major problem for you, please contact us.
