FTP Image upload via proxy does not work

#23 FTP Image upload via proxy does not work
I am trying out IMHO from behind a authenticated proxy
(squid/2.5.STABLE1). I am able to poblish posts if it
is just text. If the post has images I am not able to
post it. I get the following error:

I think the FTP is not using the proxy server.
