Directories with Swedish characters in their names dont
show up correctly in the file tree and imgSeek is
unable to find pictures in those directories.

I use Ubuntu Breezy AMD64 and imgSeek 0.8.5.

    The same bug, but with Russian characters (encoding koi8-r).
    Also images with non-ascii characters in filename can't be
    indexed.

    When attempting to add the directory with non-ascii
    characters in its name, I got the following traceback:

    Traceback (most recent call last):
    File
    "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/imgSeekLib/imgSeekApp.py",
    line 1491, in addImageBtn_clicked
    self.sysDirAddCallback(self.getAddRestrictions())
    File
    "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/imgSeekLib/imgSeekApp.py",
    line 1453, in getAddRestrictions
    addfname = str(self.addImageEdit.currentText())
    UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in
    position 19-21: ordinal not in range(128)

    I use imgSeek 0.8.5

    This bug is still present (in my case for Danish characters). Using version 0.8.6 in Ubuntu 9.10 (64 bit).
