Hello, there is no license anywhere in the program. I did not understand the source code and did not find the license file in it. Because of this, any organization that can potentially be checked for copyright infringement will not risk using this program.

The license in the properties of the project on this site is worth nothing, today the author has indicated this, and tomorrow another. Also, I repeatedly noticed that the project indicated a free license, but in reality the program has a license with a closed code.
