#13 up limit for transition&visualization timeout

Hi! I tried the new version 0.3.0 alpha_win and found it much better! But in Modify Menu I found that for the Transition & the Visualization Timeout there is no up limit...I checked it for the value 30 000sec and there wasn't any limitation message, so my presentation stuck...
