#4 curation issue: explicit fusion protein of bait and prey

For participants of protein complementation assays the
protein fusions are implicit from the roles. Intact
suggest as a common IMEx policy not to add the specific
protein fusion to each participant.

Note1: Fret and Bret are not considered as protein
complementation assay thus for such methods the
fluorophore donor and aceptor fusion shoulc be specified.

Note2: for protein complementation assays other than
two hybrid (beta galactosidase complementation or
Mappit ect..) a standard bait and prey role should be
assigned depending on the fusion and add on the CV
definition.
