#1 xhtml-phone template

This is a template with content optimized for modern cellular phones with color screens and capable browsers. It is largely a modification of the orignial xhtml-pda.

Changes include:
-Add "Awaiting Messages" to the top of the page.
-Split status icons into individual files.
-Add "Offline Contacts" link if HideOfflineContacts is set.
-Move "Connections" to the bottom
