Video should support a new layer with triangles on it. Built-in arrays would describe coordinates of triangle corners, line and fill color.

real 8-bit machines never had this feature (neither had they TILE, I admit)

canvas would support drawing lines but by default high quality redering. Would be hard to decrease resolution and disable antialiasing.

with line drawing algorithm written in JS rendering pixels, it would work slow and would have a complex code.
