#10 anisotropy is not used for visualization

The scaling of the data in the slice viewer does not use the physical resolution, but only displays the pixels. This is of importance for datasets with differing x/y/z-Resolution.

This can simply be removed by incorporating a scaling transform into the scenegraph that is used for displaying the slices.
