Massive Performance Lag on Windows 10 20H2 (build 2009)

I am getting MASSIVE performance lags on Windows 10 20H2 (build 2009), running
ImDisk Toolkit 20201120 64-bit.
I created a RAMDisks of sizes 4GB, on one machine, and 8GB on another machine. Both are running the aforementioned version of Windows 10. I then copy an ISO for Microsoft Office 2019 to both RAMDisks, mounted the ISO, then proceeded to install it on both machines.
As one can effortlessly extrapolate, I did all of this just achieve lightening speed installation, but 'lo and behold', I was faced with the totally opposite result. I got performance lags, exponentially longer than even mounting the ISO form a conventional hard drive partition, on which the program itself was installed. This problem does not exist on my machines running build 1809, interestingly.
I have read here (https://www.softperfect.com/contact/knowledgebase.php?article=39) that as of build 1809, Microsoft has changed memory limits in Windows 10's allocation routines. Could it possibly be that this might be the cause of the problem, and there will be a very early ImDisk Toolkit core update that will solve this problem?
The performance is, indeed, disappointing, especially single-threaded 4K - just a bit over 30K IOPS or 120-130MB/s . And only 4400 iops for 1MB chunks.
The host is 12-core xeon 3.3GHz (HT disabled, turbo boost unlocked) X99, dual-channel 2x32GB DDR4-1600 cl9, ~27GB/s read, 20GB/s write in aida64, 30GB ramdisk
