Chrome seems to be complaint about ramdisk typed temp drive where it will not install any extensions unless the TEMP dir is on a harddisk typed volume.
Is there an option for RamDyn[UI] to do that ?

The volume already has the "hard disk" type. But it's merely a flag.
Chrome seems to want a full hard drive, that is, something handled by the disk manager with partitions and MBR/GPT.
ImDisk will never emulate that, it's only a volume driver.

No, it seems the flag is not set. Because if I set it using imdisk comnand line or imdisk.cpl. The disk is recognized as harddisk and chrome is happy about it. But if the ramdisk is create by RamDyn.exe., the disk is not.
