Installation Error when TMP/TEMP set to Ramdisk

I am unable to install some programs when TMP/TEMP set to Ramdisk.
One of them is Microlife BP Analyzer
It's a free program available on https://www.microlife.com/support/software-downloads

The error was:
The system cannot open the device or file specified

It's not a space issue, the ramdisk is set for 4GB and this was a small program.
The workaround is to set TMP/TEMP back to regular drive folder.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

It has something to do with the last updates, cause I always play with the folder permsissions without problem.

But installing new fresh clean windows on a virtual machine will not do any problem,

If you really annoyed you can reset you windows, it like a new install, most likely will fix it as well.
