OK, let's roll... Things I spotted working wrong since your last snapshot: XmDrawingArea throws BadDrawable X error on "my" Xforge, doesn't happen with last one. Scheme switching doesn't work, i.e. Xt detects "scheme" resource, indicates that, but doesn't override scheme at all... Launcheffect misbehaviour might be dependant of what handles terminal emulation (libtermcap vs. ncurses), on Bach doesn't work, on Beethoven does. f.checkexec: should turn buttons into insensitive labels when toolchest can't stat command. Arrows on scrollbars misbehave when slider_size <= slider_area_size, also the darker "slot" (the previous scrollbar position) is drawn correctly only on horizontal SBW. Highlighting code messes up widget too, when *drawFrame: true is ;-), part of frame is erased by highlight and never redrawn. I know I suggested this myself, but since we (you?) maintain SGI compatibility, SBW should behave like an Sgm stuff (my schemes don't compromise both IRIX and Linux systems now)... therefore I draw back my request on Motif shadowThickness compatibility. *drawFrame doesn't work on standalone SBW, looks creepy. XmSeparator doesn't conform sgiMode (should be gray ;-) ) 5Dwm still has that graying out of brightest and darkest shadows when clicked on title or buttons, xconfirm spawned by toolchest complains about some _dl_ undefined reference, although by manual spawning it works... Must be GCC 2.96... As for VNC, you can spawn your own as long as you want here on Bach, if you want mine, I'll just pass required passwords to you... ;-) Rambo |
