after succesfull login I wanna go to Domain
Configuration (or somewhere else) and I get always "A
fatal error occured :
insufficient privileges to access /samba/conf at
plugins/Core/IMC/RequestDispatcher.pm line 38."
The user has sufficient rights!!
I´m using the latest rpms for suse 9.2.

I encountered the same problem and did solve it after
checking the slapd log.
I have changed the "index uid" parameter in slapd.conf
from "eq" to "pres, sub": during the lookup in LDAP, it
searches for "administrator" even if you entered
"Administrator".

I had a same problem.
After i add AuthenGroupDN to imc.xml in ldap tag and
fullfill it, everything start to work fine.
1. User you have logged in should be gidNumber 0 or 512
2. there should be group with any gidNumber of this
3. User should be included into this group
