V0.2 beta released

Thanks to everyone who has tried the software so far, and especially to those who left feedback. This new release gives
- big boost to speed (yup the first beta was SLOW!)
- speculative fix to problem with Mac Mail (tester wanted please)
- improved resilience and error handling.

Any more feedback welcome please, positive or negative.
