#10 How to start run execute Imagnation app

I'm a tech noob. I'm using Tumbleweed, Gnome, Wayland. I downloaded the tar gz file and extracted it. How do I actually start the app? What file do I double click on to start the app? Thanks. jaiamma@gmail.com

Do I have to compile something to use the app? I've never compiled a program and have no idea how to do it.

Hi,

yes you need to compile it with:

./configure --prefix=/usr
make
make install (if you want to have Imagination available from the menu)

If the first command fails you need to download all the dev packages for
gtk+3 and sox.

Please don't use this section for help as it's only for bugs.
