Imagination is a lightweight and simple DVD slide show maker written in C language and built with the GTK+3 toolkit and Cairo featuring 69 transitions. It requires the ffmpeg encoder and libsox to export the slideshow.

Great, really!, I've been testing 5 or 6 video editor to get nicely assembled my holidays photo albums, and Imagination definitely does it! using v.3 that's pleasant, powerful, easy and quick. Text insertion and transitions are really practical to use. I think now the app only lacks a timeline, just to get infos on which is the show time of the current edited photo, and easily allowing to think about the music length to achieve, else if to do outside on another music editor. At least an image showing time indicator on the right panel, near transition, will be very helpful. Thank you all, Imagination developers, that's a great job!

Easy and straightforward to use. Currently it doesn't work with ffmpeg >=0.6.x though.
