#5 Enable ImageIM for multiple displays

I am logging this as an RFE rather than a bug, because
the plugin doesn't actually cause an exception or a
malfunction.

The problem:
------------------

I use WindowsXP with a dual monitor setup. My second
monitor is used to extend my desktop.

When I use ImageIM in this way, I cannot take screen
clippings of the secondary monitor.

When I move my mouse from the primary monitor
across to the secondary monitor, the icon changes from
the cross-hairs used by the screenshot tool back to my
default arrow.

ImageIM will only take screenshots of items on the
primary monitor.

I would like to be able to take screenshots on both
displays please :)
